“Adam will bring a lot of versatility with his six-foot-six frame and his ability to shoot and rebound the ball. He has the ability to play both the small and power forward positions in our league,” stated Beaucamp.
“I am both thankful and honoured to be attending the University of Victoria next year and joining the Vikes varsity basketball program,” expressed Francolini. “UVic had the best campus of all the ones I visited and offers a great business program where I have the opportunity to experience the co-op program. It was important for me to study at a school with a good reputation and a strong sense of school spirit. I am very excited to begin working with the coaches Craigh and Josh Mullen and the rest of the coaching staff.”
Quinn Campbell will be making the longest journey of all the recruits to join the Vikes next fall. Campbell will move from Sydney, Australia to begin his post-secondary athletic career in Victoria. With his mother originating from Bathurst, New South Whales and his father being from Melfort, Saskatchewan, Quinn holds citizenship in both Australia and Canada. Campbell represented New South Whales Metro at the 2017 Australian National Championships and was also invited to the 2018 NBA Global Academy prospect camp.
