Today was a crazy day in the Gym Today at York University ..

We witnessed the Northern Kings more than one time rescue victory from the jaws of defeat first vs the KW Vipers in OT and then in the Biggest Game of the Tournament vs Bounce Sedore in OT.. .. Isiah Mosely keeps coming up the the Daggers needed to secure victories and force over-time in the last 2 games however the Kings are no one man show #8, #9, #5 and there big men all put in work very composed squad under pressure ..

Bounce Sedore ran into serious foul trouble 4 players fouled out during the course of this game changing the complexion of the game for the Bounce team a few lay-ups here or there would have changed the result however the game was by far the most entertaining provided by the two most talented teams in the division pound for pound..


Gold Medal Game - #1 Brampton Warriors vs #3 Northern Kings / 130pm Sunday

Kings Move on to play #1 Ranked Brampton Warriors who are presently cruising through the tournament there only resistance thus far has been the CIA Bounce Baker who lead at one point in the game however eventually lost to 7pts in the final result. Brampton as a team certainly possesses the size and talent to win there first OBA Title in this age group but the KINGS seem like a team with a plan this tournament with everything working in there favour both skill and luck a dangerous combination.


Bronze Medal Game: 12pm Sunday
#2 Bounce Sedore vs #4 Bounce Baker for the Bronze Medal game..
This should be a great game showcasing what could happen next year should the two teams combine to join forces for what will be the greatest AAU Team assembled from Grade 9 - Grade 12..

Battle for Seeding :

#8 CIA Bounce McKoy vs #6 KW Vipers  - 1030am - Sunday Morning
     This will be a battle for Final seeding and respectability the winner will finish ranked 5th the loser        6th in Ontario a great achievement for both teams should be a great game ..

#5 SBA James vs #7 YAACE.  - 9am - Sunday Morning
     The games decides 7th and 8th in the tournament both teams had to go through very stiff competition
      SBA played all 3 Bounce Teams .. and YAACE played Sedore and Baker as well as a tough vipers       team wins did not come easy for anyone this weekend in the seeding round division 1 is no joke ...
      both teams have more games to play as they are ABS teams with May Madness coming up..
