West Humber HS in Rexdale (Etobicoke) has been building a strong reputation over the past 5 years producing competitive winning teams within the AAA bracket of boys basketball winning silver last year at the Provincial level in AAA Sr. Boys
The key to West Humber's success has been player and student development and it all starts with the Junior Program because without a successful or strong development program you will not have any success at the Sr. Level.
The Program at West Humber is lead by 3 strong coaches in Coach Andre, Coach Zoran & Coach Errol all giving a tremendous amount of time and effort to the program in the always tough Toronto West Region.
Predictions for the 2015 Season :
Boys Sr. Team will make another AAA Provincial appearance although MartinGrove and Emery will have something to say about that this season it will be a 3 way battle.
Boy Jr. Team will be a serious contender this season in the play-offs and maybe make a run at the Jr. Title the team looks strong and ready to compete this season for Coach Zoran.
The top Teams in Rexdale will always be the same : FHC, West Humber and MartingGrove these 3 Schools all have the competitors and now the Coaching and will to win once again.
