From SkateBoarding to Applewood Heights Junior Basketball this Fall 2014..
Kids these days rarely take on 2 sports you either focus on one thing or none at all Roshon White plays Rep Basketball in the Winter (CIA BOUNCE MCKOY #6 Ranked Team in Ontario) as well as for his School Team "The Valleys Middle School" in Mississauga .. His other Talent which may one day over shadow his Basketball Skill is Skateboarding he has already garnered sponsorship by http://www.kingskateco.com/our-crew
which means his talent on the board is being recognized outside of the skate park the summer should bring more exposure as he attends more skate board contests through out the city and province last summer results as a 12 year old were all top 5 finishes vs boys 15 and under.
Strengths of Roshon's Game :
1. Shooting - Above average 3PT Shooter definitley has an eye for the 3ball
2. Defense - Long and Athletic good on the ball and off the ball defender
3. Creative passer may be looking to play the PG as he matures
4. Above average Rebounder as a guard
Conclusion : Applewood will be getting something to work with when Roshon is 100% in his effort
he is a 4 star player maturity and strength will bring his talent to the front of the Basketball Line.
This coming Fall Roshon will be attending Applewood Heights enrolled in the Regional Sports Program at the School http://schools.peelschools.org/sec/applewoodheights/rsp/Pages/default.aspx
Roshon will be looking to make the Junior Team under OBA Coach Warren Williams who is a well respected Coach provincially .. Coach Williams will be recieving a versatile Athlete in Roshon watch his Skate Video and judge for yourself.
