Next Stop HiGH School - Series (Isaiah Parkinson)

Isaiah Parkinson will be attending Cathedral Hamilton and playing on the jr team in the Fall of 2014

This weeks Next Stop High School feature we have decided to feature Hamilton, Ontario future High School freshman Isaiah Parkinson. Isaiah is a player who has played for the major Rep Teams in Hamilton starting out with Blessed Sacrament Simpson and then finally finding a Team which fit his skill set UPLAY BOUNCE. This season Isaiah showed significant development physically and in his game play as a high level guard in the U14 division holding his individually went playing against many of the top teams in the age group. When you look at the Uplay Bounce Major Bantam Team there are many strong players mixed in with developing players who are likely late bloomers however right now Isaiah would be considered in the top 3 guards in City of Hamilton going into Grade 9 based on his play this year in OBA action.

Strengths of Isaiah Game :

2. 2. Speed - Above Average 
3. 3. Intensity - Always going hard and determined
4. 4. Defense - Above Average Defender , Great in a press & in man to man defense
5. 5. Scoring - He can score the ball mid range and strong to the basket

We believe Isaiah will be a strong player throughout his career in High School with goals and aspirations of becoming a College Player CIS or NCAA. Next year for all the boys should be interesting lets see who takes the High School scene by storm Day 1.
